Refund policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please note that we currently only sell to customers in the United States, and we do not provide a physical return address.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly (you may be asked to provide photos/videos of the item and packaging) and initiate the refund process to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for a refund, including: custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after receipt. We also do not accept refund requests for sale items or gift cards.
For our security products, if the item has been installed, activated, or its original packaging has been opened (beyond initial inspection), it may not be eligible for a refund—please contact us for further clarification.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a refund for the original item first. Once the refund is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have verified your refund request and inspected the information/proof you provided, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
